Registration fees: 100 EUROS (except for CNRS members)

Please note that it is possible to attend only the conference.

 

ACCOMODATION

Accomodation in student residence is covered by the Summer School.

Reservation is compulsory and must be done when registering on Azur colloque.

 

Room description :

Single room of 9m2 with a bed, a desk, a chair, a cupboard, a shelf and a small fridge. No TV and telephone plug. Bedding including blanket is provided. Pillow, towels, toilet soap, toilet paper ARE NOT PROVIDED.

The residence has no double or shared rooms.

Collective toilet and showers on each floor.

Collective kitchen, on each floor. Kitchen ustensils ARE NOT PROVIDED. No microwave. No cafeteria.

 

Access to residences :

From Grenoble train station, you can access the residences by tramway in 25/30 minutes.

All the residences are betweem 20/30-minutes far from the summer school venue (Institut Fourier) by tramway.

For some residences, you have to take the tramway then a shuttle.

 

NOTE: If you wish to be housed in a hotel, you will find a list of hotels here or on the website of the Tourism Office.

In this case, you need to contact the hotel and arrange your reservation. The payment is at your charge.

 

GETTING TO THE INSTITUT FOURIER

From Grenoble train station,Tram B connects to the campus in 20 minutes.
The tram stop closest to the Institut Fourier is « Bibliothèques Universitaires »:

LUNCHES

Lunches will take place on a restaurant located on the campus. They are at the charge of the participants.

Lunches are to be reserved per week. Price is roughly 50 euros per week.

Reservation is compulsory and must be done when registering on AZUR COLLOQUE.

Otherwise, you can have snacks in campus cafeterias (sandwich, panini, salad). Payment can be done by cash.

 

IMPORTANT: No reservation (accomodation and lunches) is possible once the registration period is closed.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Weather: Although variable it is usually hot (+/- 90°F; +/- 27°C) with possible thunderstorms at night.

Light summer wears suffice, but do not forget rain clothes, sweaters and a pair of hiking shoes (mountains are close to the city)!
